Father is the Holsteiner Cabrio v/d Heffinck, he is without doubt one of the best horses of his generation. Cabrio and Olivier Philippaerts became with the Belgian team European Champion with the Young Riders, and made a great achievement in the Belgian team in the super legue match at Hickstead.

His mother Aida is a daughter of Fuego du Prelet, a typical Jalisco son, who jumps very carefully with lots of quality and ability, and known for his good and uncomplicated way of jumping. Aida v/h Prinsenveld was a promising young horse who a injured her back with free jumping, and was never in sport. Her mother Pattaya brought the horse Bush v/h Prinsenveld internationaal class 1,60 under Koen Vereecke.

Lander is a foal with a good attitude, much energy, a great engine and has three good moves including a very well carried canter with great balance.
